Our Machines

These machines are the workhorses of the company. From cutting to connecting these machines give us the means to complete all of our projects. Combined with expert craftsmanship, we have the capabilitys needed to complete any job.
 

The Machining Center

The Start Of The Process

The machining center is a combination of two machines. These machines are our Router Table and the Woodstore. The store is our primary panel storage capable of holding hundreds of boards that transfer directly to the Router Table.

The Bander

Finishing The Edges

The Bander is the machine that gives all of our parts their smooth, clean, and sleek finished edges. This machine mills down the edge and with the use of multiple trimmers, keeps our parts at precise dimensions while applying the edge finish.

The Dowler

Making Connections

The Dowler is what holds our assemblies together. The dowel connections are computer generated, then sent out to the Dowler for each individual part. These specific connections allow us to maintain precise dimensions throughout the building process, all the way to the finished product.

The Cross Saw

Saving Machine Time

The Cross Saw saves us time by cutting the vast majority of our square parts. This saves machine time on the Router Table and allows us to meet rushed deadlines.
